An annual, non-refundable registration fee of $75 per student is due at the time of registration.

An annual, non-refundable production fee of $200 per student is due at the time of registration. The production fee is optional and must be determined by families at registration if students that would like to participate in performances throughout the school year. If you elect to participate in performances the production fee is due at the time of registration.(Or make payment arrangements prior)

I understand that any scholarship received from the BAA is subject to all rules and regulations that I have read in the BAA handbook and I agree to all rules and regulations in the handbook. If the scholarship is revoted for any reason by the BAA, I agree to pay the full amount of tuition and fees immediately. I also understand that scholarship students must attend all rehearsals & performances.

All families are required to purchase 10 tickets per performance (10 $20.00 tickets for winter gala and 10 $20.00 tickets for spring gala due before each performance). The ticket payment will be taken in installments with your tuition or can be purchased at the time of registration.

All accounts that are 30 days past due will be referred to an outside collection agency.

Any student whose tuition account is not paid up to date 2 weeks prior to any performance will not be allowed to perform regardless of payment of production fee.

Acceptable payment methods are cash, check, and credit card. All checks should be made payable to Ballet Arts Academy. A $35 returned check fee will be assessed if a check is returned for any reason. If a check is returned, all future payments must be made by cash, cashier’s check, or credit card.

Class commitments are for the entire school year (except open classes). Therefore, each family will be responsible for the entire year’s tuition listed above regardless of class attendance or participation. Also, no refunds will be issued for early withdrawal from Ballet Arts Academy.
